• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and freshly washed lashes. This ensures the extensions bond perfectly to your natural lashes.

• If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your appointment. You may bring glasses to wear afterward if needed.

 

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

To keep your lashes looking flawless for as long as possible, follow these steps , especially within the first 12–24 hours after application:

• Avoid getting your lashes wet.

• Avoid swimming, saunas, or steam rooms.

• If you experience any irritation, contact us immediately.  You may be allergic, and the extensions may need to be removed.

• Do not use eyelash curlers, perm, or tint your extensions.

• Avoid picking, pulling, or rubbing your lashes.

No — when applied correctly by a trained professional, lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. We ensure the correct weight and length to protect lash health.

 

Can I wear mascara with my lash extensions?

It’s best to avoid mascara, as it can cause clumping and weaken the bond. If you want extra drama, a lash-extension–safe mascara can be used.

 

How should I care for my lash extensions?

• Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours

• Cleanse daily with a lash-safe cleanser

• Avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping directly on lashes

• Avoid oil-based products near the eyes

Can I still wear makeup?

Yes — just stick to oil-free products and remove makeup gently with a lash-friendly remover.

 

Can I swim with lash extensions?

Absolutely — just wait 24 hours after your appointment before getting them wet. After that, enjoy your usual activities with gentle care.

 

How long does the application process take?

A full set typically takes 1.5–2 hours. Fills are usually 45–60 minutes.

 

What is a fill?

A fill replaces extensions that have naturally shed, keeping your lashes looking even and full.

 

Are lash extensions suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes — we offer sensitive adhesive options. Please let your lash artist know about any sensitivities in advance.
